¡INFORMA EL COMANDO CENTRAL! «Emboscada de ISIS» mata a dos militares y un intérprete estadounidenses en Siria

Dos militares y un intérprete civil estadounidenses murieron este sábado en una “emboscada perpetrada por un tirador solitario del Estado Islámico (ISIS) en Siria”, según un comunicado del Comando Central de Estados Unidos (CENTCOM).

El CENTCOM informó de que otros tres militares resultaron heridos y que el atacante fue abatido.

Según detalló en sus redes Sean Parnell, principal portavoz del Pentágono, el ataque ocurrió mientras los soldados mantenían una reunión con líderes locales.

“Su misión era apoyar las operaciones antiterroristas y contra el ISIS en curso en la región”, escribió en X.

Ante la noticia, el Secretario de Defensa, Pete Hegseth escribió en su cuenta de X: “Si atacan a estadounidenses, en cualquier parte del mundo, pasarán el resto de su corta y angustiosa vida sabiendo que Estados Unidos los perseguirá, los encontrará y los eliminará sin piedad”.
